It's the best facility around! You have the best group fitness and team training program in the area with top notch instructors and trainers! Everyone is friendly and inviting from the smoothie bar to front desk and even the cleaning crew. It's honestly the best part of my day. There's not another gym in the area I'd rather go to.

Professional attention to equipment the facility and last not least members. The environment all around is welcoming and offers state of the art equipment and training. I have been a member of the facility, for about 20 years, I have watched it go through transitions and it has gotten better and better, no comparison to other facilities in the area, it's 5 star experience in my opinion.
I use the club solely for swimming. I like the clean locker room, abundance of clean towels and nice showers. Most important of all, the pool is perfect for lap swimming and lane availability is good when I swim around 9:45 A.M. on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Your staff has been very friendly and cheerful. I've met several very nice fellow members who I enjoy seeing when I come.

Honestly, I haven't used the aquatics area YET, but upstairs, there are always people there willng to help you, answer questions, plenty of machnes, etc.
