Everything I want is located at one place, including physical therapy. All equipment and the facility is well maintained and there are many employees and trainers there to help you.
The swimming pools and hot tub is my favorite. I'm from florida and love to swim.
I like the large choices of classes. I enjoy using the facility. I would like to recommend that you add some more of the stretch bands to our 8 a.m. class upstairs with Diana, as well as some more small (heavy) and large exercise balls. I was in class on Friday and we didn't have enough balls and some of the stretch bands are breaking. Thanks so much!

I feel like the sitcom "Cheers" where everybody knows your name! Yesterday as I was hovering in the gym, trying to remember what machine I was supposed to do next, Diane came and helped me. Then later the interaction with a trainer and another client just made me feel like family. Well done. I could go on about Diana, Camile, Lydia, Christine... What.a.team
Convenience of 2 locations, great staff, love the spa, Jungle daycare is great and convenient,multiple classes offered, etc.
