The friendly people.
I like the variety and quantity of classes, although some teachers could be better. I like that is in a convenient location, very helpful staff, even admin people, no non-sense fees or long memberships. I like the easy access, the music and the TV screens for cardio machines

Access to trainers (Lori, Max, Andrew, Kevin). All are readily available and very helpful. Jewish Film Festival is outstanding as are all cultural events. Marion at the front desk is a jewel, as is Jordan who handles the towels. Their friendly greetings and warm, welcoming smiles are a wonderful start to the day. Donna is another treasure that you possess. Massage therapy is on site and Cindy & Charlene are excellent. Schmoozers is a welcome addition and gives the JCC one more arrow in its quiver. The pool facilities, locker room and schvitz stand on their own. I have absolutely no complaints and have only good things to say even though I make sparing use of some of the ember isle equipment.

It's user friendly. Good mix of classes. Calmer and more adult than most. Feels more like a club. One Floor. Of course, the pool, the terrace and even ping pong. Will tell more on request.
