The variety of classes at varying times throughout the day.
Your facility is fairly close to my home, which makes it easier for me to get there. Even though I don't always use everything that is available, I like that you have the pool and classes that I can choose from.

Super friendly staff at the desk when I walk in! And great instructors! I do have to say, 'tho, that at 9:15 & 10:30 classes upstairs in Paso a lot of people have complained about non-swept floors, & it is pretty gross to set my mat down with hair all around. The instructor shouldn't have to sweep, which has happened on occasion.

Lots of classes at a variety of times, friendly staff, clean modern gym
Classes, would like to see a few more 4:30 spin and step classes. Now that football season is over a step or spin/yoga class on Sundays. February-May.

I dislike the very hot showers. There is no happy medium to cool down and stop clothes from sticking

The SPA is great, expecially now with the Figidarium!
The weight area is now fully refurnished (before is was a bit a downside).
My only complain now is the lack of hooks on the walls of the male showers...
The staff are helpful, the exercise equipment are good and well kept. The location is close to were I lived.
The facility is beautiful and well run.
