I attend the pilates class. There are 50+ people and only 1 instructor. Nobody checking if we're doing the moves properly. You could seriously hurt your back by doing it wrong.

I like that there is a pool with lessons for kids , the personal trainer services . The restaurant . And the kid camp programs.

The difference in the pools,lots of room not crowded, the variety of services you have to offer.and the scholarship programs that you have that is or reaches all rims of the fitness spectrum.like me I am now more able to be more active, have decrease in pain and less pain meds to take. I am truly grateful to fitness plus for helping me be able to live a more healthy life.
Friendly staff, variety of exercise equipment and classes, and excellent and knowledgeable instructors and personal trainers. Also love the pool. The lounge area is inviting where you can have a snack or beverage while you visit with friends.

I have been a member off and on for 7 years. The Wave is run better now than at any other time since I've been a member. One of the the best Athletic Clubs in Montana.
The variety of machine and classes. The use of the locker room and steam room but unfortunately the steam rooms have been out of order.
The men's shower seems to be broken often. This is not a complaint just an observation.
