Staff is professional and facility is clean. Need to make sure hot water is available in the early mornings (6:30 a.m. does not always have hot water)
Very good service oriented and friendly employees. Just what we want in a club; user friendly machines, well maintained, walk/run track, temperature just right, up-to-date locker rooms that are so attractive for the athletic side in all of us. And, I really enjoy the social area where we can sit by the fireplace and read the paper, talk to others while waiting. The coffee is also very good. We feel good when we arrive and when we leave.
So much help available when we need it. Lots of choices of anything a person wants to do in the line of exercise.
I like that someone checked on me when I had surgery and was 't in for a few weeks!
