THE CLEAN MEN'S ROOM. FRIENDLY PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK
Pros: while it sometimes gets crowded, it's not super packed and I can usually get my weights/machines. Lots of variety with classes, which is great. The environment is also welcoming, I've never felt intimidated there.
Cons: Spin room should be darker, typically spinning occurs with a few lights and not totally bright. Maybe some lamps in the corner, so you can turn off the overhead lights and just have some lights in the corners? More early AM (6 or 6:30am) Body Pump or Body Combat classes should be added (maybe a Wednesday or Friday AM?) Also, invest in the Smart Bars for Body Pump! Makes a HUGE difference for the workout!!

The schedule is very open and allows me flexibility.
The gym has all the newest equipment and there are great staff there to help if you need assistance.

Love the variety of classes and all your amenities.
What I like most is the staff. It is important to note that some of the staff is a bit inattentive and not always helpful. However, the ones that are good seem to go above and beyond and make up for the more cumbersome ones. Most notably would be Justin. He has such a positive and helpful attitude and such a pleasant demeanor that regardless of my mood, I always feel welcome when I see him.
Beyond the staff, I really appreciate the family feel of the Blue Mountain facility. The downtown facility seems to be lacking this, but the Blue Mountain one is a great place to be.
I enjoy the variety of equipment and classes available. It's rare that I can't get the machine I'm after and the people are nice. Don't feel like a fat girl in a skinny gym!
Everyone of your staff members is friendly and helpful. The steam room has been working regularly and their is a variety of exercise equipment spread around the facility. I don't feel cramped and do not have to wait on machines. I do come in during the morning, but not real early.
The proximity to my home, kid's club, classes that I enjoy, class times that are convenient to my daily schedule, televisions on cardio equipment, clean and modern bathroom/locker room facility, outdoor swimming pools, friendly staff.
