The gym is spectacular, the Zumba studio is amazing and there is plenty to do.
I've never had a problem or bad experience there. Everyone is friendly and helpful if asked, but don't push themselves on you. Never over crowded or waiting to any significant amount. I really enjoy the steam room,hot tub, and clean showers, after working out.

I enjoy the group fitness classes. I especially like Body Pump and CX works with Elizabeth. She is an excellent instructor. I only wish she offered more classes. I also do tanning sometimes but I wish there were better beds with the UVB bulbs. Time to update the beds for sure. But overall I have really enjoyed being a member at the DAC. Everyone is very nice and always willing to help.
Very good service at front of desk and I'm really enjoying the Zumba classes as the instructor is so positive and makes the class enjoyable and fun.
