The first thing that strikes me is the cleanliness of the club. I love the friendliness of the staff. There is no queuing for machines.
Being an older person, I was struck by the sensitivity of the personal trainers Sean and Aoife.
Relaxed atmosphere and ease in finding open equipment. I love the amenities such as the heated indoor pool, the jacuzzi, and the sauna. They help me relax after a good walk. The refreshment bar is also a very good asset. This summer I plan to tan by the huge pool outside. Thanks DAC staff!

The variety of machines and programs available to participate. The trainers are very friendly. I love the shower facility and cleanliness of it.

The atmosphere, the cleanliness, and business-like attitude. I do wish however that there was some way to "encourage" members who are not actively using the weight machines to go to another location. Last Friday, I waited 20 minutes for someone to move off the machine while she was texting on her cell phone.

Full service for all types of fitness
Having been a member since 2009, there is little that I don't like about the Paso Kennedy. I enjoy the atmosphere, camaraderie and hospitality of the group exercise classes. I love constantly being challenged by new teachers and new classes. I love the warm salt water swimming pool. And I'm very happy I invested in personal training so that I am comfortable in the weight room by myself.
