Location, price & open 24/7. Classes are good, but studio size restricts availability, I would also prefer if the les mills classes were available. For the most part the equipment available is good, but lacking medicine balls (none with handles) and inflatable balls are all 75 cm, too large for most women, smaller sizes required.
Equipment well maintained, facilities clean, staff friendly. Knowledgeable trainers.Good classes and programs.
It is the Best Gym on the Central Coast:)). And I'm Very Pleased on How Clean Your Staff Keeps IT!! Its always being maintained, whenever I'm attending and That is a very Positive
concern for Me . The Staff is always willing to answer our question and concerns, another Plus for Me. All in All I like the feeling I Get when I'm attending Your Gym!!

It's clean and seems to be well-run, with a friendly staff and a great variety of equipment and courses of exercise/therapy to choose from.

I like that there is a huge range of classes and it is great value for money, the gym is kitted out with all the fitness equipment that you need, I love that there is a ladies only room, the free car parking facilty is a huge bonus, the staff are always friendly, Ive recommended at least 5 people to this gym, two of which have joined

The friendly, cheerful, attendants. We like the ability to sign up for
lanes in the pool. The patrons are very nice.
The location, comfortable atmosphere and the variety of machines. I would like to get into some classes - yoga and maybe spin or Zumba.
