The gym is always clean, the instructors are helpful and keep you motivated during class!
It's more personal than a chain gym, the equipment is good, the space is open and it's never TOO busy.
The availability of additional free programs beyond just having work-out machines (i.e. free yoga classes, access to the salt water pool, etc.).
The trainers are amazing and supportive and know the right line between pushing you to do your best and knowing when you're tapped out. Nick is fantastic and really good with my son. I couldn't ask for better.
I love the group fitness classes. Callie Stewart is awesome. I wish she did more zumba classes.

One thing I was unhappy about was parking. There were days when I could not find a parking spot and had to park on road.
The Wave is clean, friendly, upbeat, and has a wonderful facility, and great classes and staff!
