This gym has almost every service/work out offerings possible, more than many I have visited (like on vacation). It is an easy walk every time I come, andit is clean and the updates look great. The list and options for classes are good, too.

Costumer services, the secretary Rachael is always there to help. I like the sauna, the private room for women only, the barroom is big enough, I like most every thing, but lately the handicap toilet keeping clog, the parking in lot is big enough or well design and we need more classes, as Zumba, body pump especially at the begin of spring. Friendly staff, willingness of management to work with you if there is an issue, great people who attend there - lots of socializing, neighborhood feel, love the spin classes, love the red hot dance class, love the weight classes.
I like the facility and the feeling I get when I'm ther...not too stuffy and not "over busy".
All classes have great instructors. Can't get anywhere else in town!
Parking, availability of machines
Childcare is provided. I just wish the fee was a bit for monthly access.
I personally enjoy very much the aquacize program and occasionally the gym. I enjoy the socialization with other aquacize members.

I love the water aerobics class in the morning--I like the energy of it, the camaraderie of it; and I like that the coffee is free when we have time to relax around a table after class.

Issues: showers in women's locker room need upgrading with doors, steam room door does not close in women's locker room and several of the toilet doors do not close properly.
I like the instructors and enjoy the people.

I like them very much. My only suggestion , is that apart from Edwin , who is always great, knowledgeable and willing to help, the rest of people working at the front desk, generally do not know about anything and always tell you to go to the web site, or the magazine, or ask at the gym . People at the front-desk should be knowledgeable of the courses, prices, etc., specially the girls. The men are very kind and pleasant.
I like the variety of equipment, the pool, the trainers etc.
What I did not like is the filthy pop up that can up on my screen when I clicked on doing this survey! YOu had better check it asap!!
