I enjoy the pool, hot tub after I swim, then the shower area.
I LOVE the pool and the friendly helpful guards...as well as the equipment provided for swimmers/paddlers.( which I am, as I recover from knee replacement surgery)
I hope to use the gym upstairs, either to walk on the beautiful track...or cycle.
By the way, the natural sunlight is a HUGE bonus to both facilities.

Staff is friendly. The trainer I worked with, Ryan, offers a variety of ways to work a particular muscle group so that I will not get bored. Ryan is a very positive and informative. Will continue to work with him.

I love this gym. I would like to see the heart rate monitors and the tv controls on the elliptical working more consistently. Otherwise perfect
I love the classes. Although in buzz pump there is an issue with not having enough weights for everyone. I cannot progress with certain excercises as there is not enough weights.
I really like the atmosphere, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The Booty Blast, Zumba, and Body Blast class are awesome also.
