Friendly staff, competent trainers.
I like how the receptionist greets you by name. Locker rooms are clean. Love your classes, groups like Bombshell and Afterburn, but most of all I like your instructors and trainers. I adore Melinda, Jeff and Crystal in spin class. As far as personal trainers go, I have worked out with personal trainers for over 10 years, and I have never met a more knowledgeable or motivating trainer than PJ. Sky is THE best.
I use and enjoy the swimming pool as I'm a lap swimmer. I like that it isn't highly chlorinated. I also use the sauna every time I come. It's a good one. The people operating the front desk are friendly and helpful. It's the best club I've used so far.
Availability, friendly atmosphere
Especially like that I can go to clubs in multiple locations as my life covers the county. I would suggest that buying the towel service at one club allows towel service at all clubs.

The pool, lap,swim times. The friendly staff that greets you when you enter or leave. Don't like the new slippery tile when you come out of pool or shower and walk to lockers, very dangerous. Have more floor rugs between shower and lockers.
Dressing rooms are kept clean and there are plenty of towels available. Pool water is kept at a good temperature (8 lane) most of the time for lap swimming. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The majority of the employees are wonderful. Informative and helpful. Love all the personal training available especially the boot camps.
