Carpets are cleaned without the use of detergents or harsh chemicals. Coffee spills came out and other stains, like new. We are very pleased!

Price was fair, service leading up to the appt was good. The appt took place after I vacated the home, so I have no feedback re: work done, but it has always been good in the past, hence why we chose you for this job.

I like that it is easy and the dry time is quick. You do a great job in a short amount of time. Would LOVE it if you could do under the beds though.

Jay, our technician, did such a good job! He studied the stains that I thought were permanent and said that he could remove them - and, he did. My two area rugs and two love seats literally looked brand new after he cleaned them.
