My technician, Chris Gales was very knowledgeable and guided me to the best solution for my home. Along with his partner, they had my home cleaned and completed within an hour, even after adding additional services. The carpeting looked great! I am super-pleased with everything.
The staff were nice and helpful. The service itself was great. My carpet needed a lot of work. I was originally quoted $150 but once the technician was here and accessed the areas I ended up paying $250. It was worth it. The carpets look much better and although I wasn't home at the time it was being cleaned I could tell he did a thorough job. Thanks.

Technician (Pete) showed up on time with promised call ahead. Came in, assessed the situation and process and got right to it. Pete was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with. You've got a real ambassador for your business and product in Pete. I especially appreciated how he kept the hoses along the baseboards and out of the traffic areas, even though it was not necessary in my case as I was the only one home. Pete discussed the different products and services that Zerorez offers, many of which I was not aware of. While I didn't expand the work order for the day, I appreciated him pointing these services out so I know where to go next time. Please assign Pete to my next work order. Thank you!
