This survey is being filled out per the request of Ryan Wicks in order to provide a review of Jacole Britt. Jacole was the tech that came out to provide our free estimate and also the tech that was assigned our store. Both interactions with him were professional and courteous. He was late to the store, in that he arrived outside of the 3 hour window, and explained that the previous job took much longer than expected and he apologized. He did not speak ill of the previous client or complain about the previous job taking longer than scheduled. He came in, set up and did the job as best he could, even spending extra time on several areas that proved difficult. He was the one good part of our experience with your company.

Technician was on time, called within the time window and arrived within 30 minutes. Carpets immediately looked better and smelled cleaner, no odorous cleaners.
