I was originally going to just clean my carpets but also had him clean and seal the tile in all three of my bathrooms. I was extremely impressed with our technician, Art, when he worked on our carpets. He came in and explained the process and how he would perform the job. He was very efficient and professional, and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I also liked the fact that there were no harmful chemicals used and that there was no residue to just catch dirt very quickly, as has been our past experience. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
