I purchased a pair of Brooks Ariel 9-2E Women. I have very bad feet, they hurt constantly. At the recommendation of a friend, I came to The Des Peres Fleet Feet Sports Store and I hope that it is the beginning of a long time of shoes that protect and comfort my feet.
The young man that worked with me began by carefully listening to me explain the trouble I was having with my feet and shoes. His name is Adam and his skills at fitting your feet for the correct shoes was fantastic. He was not rushed, he was careful to bring out shoes out for me to try on, that were correct in size as well as comforting to my feet. He took time when he collected for the shoes to make sure that I understood the return policy. He was very dedicated to his job.
This was my first experience with Fleet Feet. The new location is more convenient for me than where I had been buying running shoes. I was very impressed with the professional, focused, patient, and personal assistance in finding the right pair of running shoes and the use of the iPad app to hone in on the few shoe models that would fit my foot shape and running gait. I always take a very long time to ensure I get just the right fit, but my visit was much shorter than normal. Thank you for making my day!

Thad was very knowledgeable & helpful & explained everything thoroughly to me. I was intimidated when I came into the store, as I am not a jogger or runner but just wanted someone to fit me with the proper shoe. Thad knows what he is doing. After he spent alot of time with me & we had to order the shoe from a different store, in the meantime, I called & asked them to get another shoe (because I wanted a different color!). The different shoe did not work at all. The shoe Thad fit me for was perfect. Everyone at Fleet Feet is so nice. I love the place. I used to shop there when my sons were in high school and college for sports. Thanks for everything!!!
