The salespeople know how to fit shoes. They also know about the features of the shoes, and for what foot type shoes work best. They don't rush you when you are trying shoes on.

The salesperson was so helpful and seemed happy to spent quite a bit of time explaining foot issues and fixes and answering the many questions posed to him. I think his name was Andy (not sure about the name, it was 2:30 last Sunday). I purchased shoes and socks for a friend who had foot orthotics and foot issues. He must have spent 45-60 minutes with her going over options and trying various solutions. She found the perfect pair, and socks, and was very happy. Thankfully Andy had the time and you had the stock on hand.

I have been coming to to Fleet Foot for years. Ran across Dave when I was going to Sally's and he came to talk with the group. I love Fleet Foot and in all the years I have been coming feel like the people are caring and take time with me. Only once did I have trouble with the fit and had to return the shoes for another pair. That was just recently and things seem fine now. I have always love the Brooks shoe. Amanda was extremely helpful. As a new and significantly overweight runner , it can be very intimidating to go to a store staffed by experienced athletes. Amanda was not only nice but took her time to fit me properly for shoes and socks and also gave me very helpful running and training advice. Although I don't live in Missouri , I will definitely return to he store when I am in town.
