I went to the Fleet Feet in Chesterfield, MO and was helped by a gentleman named Will. It was my first time at Fleet Feet and I was so impressed. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He gave me great advice and addressed all my concerns. I can't remember the last time I was so happy with a purchase or an experience with an in person retailer. I love that I get the scan of my feet and that tells the person working with me what I need. I love that the shoes are perfectly sized for my feet and they make sure of the fit before I leave. I also love the guarantee that my shoes are the right fit or I can come back and get my shoes exchanged.
