The associate provided explanations of the fit ID scanned results and what that meant in what shoes I should be purchasing as well as the inserts. It was all about making an educated and informed purchase. She also provided explanations on why she selected the different shoes that I tried on. It was all about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the shoes. She is a high school PE teacher so her "day job" training carried into her role at Fleet Feet. :)
Prior to going to the store, I had it in my head that I would buy Brooks Adrenaline (what I had before) but ended up with Saucony Triumph. I am very pleased with the service and shoes.

I love the Karhu brand of shoes! I’m in my 4th pair of Karhus. However recently I went to the store to purchase a pair of shoes in St Peters Missouri and didn’t care for my experience. I told the guy what size I wear and the brand of shoes I like. He came out with the brand but a size bigger and tried to tell me I needed it when my foot swam inside the shoe it was so big. I told him the size I needed and he told me they didn’t have that size but knew I wore that size especially after he scanned my feet. Not happy that he was trying to sell me shoes that were too big because he wanted the sale. Needless to say I went to another location and found the size I needed.

I went to Fleet Feet by mistake to purchase shoes for running 5K's. When I went to pay for my shoes, I had a gift card from another company. But I was so satisfied with the help in choosing the shoes, that I bought the shoes with my credit card. I also received a lot of information about my feet and running.
