The administrative staff is great and very attentive to our needs. If there is an issue, they are quick to respond.
Communicaion is excellent.

What could we do to improve?

More attention to detail. You should not have to ask to have an area cleaned that is specifically covered in the contract to be cleaned on a regular basis. However, whenever a concern is brought to the attention to the supervisor our needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.

The representative who cleans our church has one of the best work ethics of anyone I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He not only does his job well, but advises us if he sees a potential problem. He fits in well with our church staff and is a credit to your organization.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We have a great deal of square footage in our office area to be vacuumed, but we would like for ServiceMaster to pay a little more attention to detail around our employee work stations.

- Tile floors are not as clean as they should be. We have to remind you sometimes to clean them. We have to remove the desk chair and lab mats. If we don't you clean around them.
- Bathrooms are not as clean as they should be.

Julie does a fantastic job cleaning our office. She is always very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are satified with her work. I would recommend Service Master to anyone looking for a quality cleaning service.
