The Scheduling team works with your schedule and they are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. The communication process is clear as long as you give them ahead of time if you are not available.
A great company to work you get to be one on one with your clients, more over the team is awesome, very helpful, good listeners, soft spoken.I recently attend a training session that really helped me, so going forward I know the right way the nurse next door way. For a great job and very understanding on our part specially we have other job as well. If we have concern too we can rely on them you can easily chat or called them right away and they responded on Time too. For the schedule as well you're very efficient as long as we are doing our part for the availability ahead of time . It really help also for giving gas gift card for long distances or urgent care for our transport. And also if we have concern in our client you responded right away and check on it. Its really amazing working with you'll I'm very pleased and appreciated.
It’s a great company to work for, everyone is supportive and it’s a fun work environment. I enjoy caring for my client and Nurse Next Door really takes the time to match clients and caregivers so that an amazing connection can be made. They also really allow you to be flexible with your hours and schedule so if for example you have childcare you can still work and pick up your kids on time.
