I love the time with the clients. 3-hour minimum appointments allow me the opportunity to offer companionship as I complete service tasks with clients. I like regular clients. If I have questions Care Calgary, Chelsea, and Sadie get back to me right away. I also like that I’m getting the hours of work now that I can pay my bills each month.

I love the service we offer clients, families, and the community. I love that we’re encouraged to go above and beyond for our clients and how the team member’s value kindness. I appreciated the 3-hour training with Chelsea and Sadie; it was a great introduction to the company. I’m looking forward to the buddy shift. The AlayaCare app is user-friendly. Google chat is a great way to communicate. Care Calgary has been giving me the opportunity to pick up shifts. I appreciate being able to take off work when I need to.

I feel like I’m making a difference for the clients I visit. There was a client today that said near the end of the visit, “Thank you for helping me to feel important today.” It made my heart so glad to know that she felt valued. Our job and the work we do is special. I get to use the characteristics and skills I have in a meaningful way each day.

The staffs are very friendly.
From their telephone conversation and to the Orientation Course, it was awesome. The lady who interviewed me was very friendly in her approach and explanations. I got hired last week Friday. I have done one shift with a client. I am happy and excited to be part of this organization.
