As much as possible shift were given to us immediately in advance. Asking us for our availability. Even cancelled shift we are being paid. Attending the needs both the caregiver and client. Always available for our concerns for 24 hrs.

I like helping others and that is exactly what I get to do. I am so thankful Nurse Next Door is in our northern area. So many people were without support and suffering because of it. Thanks again Nurse Next Door for allowing me to do what I believe I was created to do...Serve others.
