What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Firstly, this is the first company I have met who has an HR manager, her name is Ashley Danylak, who offers and makes a cup of coffee to her applicants. That was a WOW experience for me! Secondly, I can discuss things with her without an inch of trepidation like salary adjustment, my thoughts of transferring to the other franchise, or just anything. She deals with it professionally like a win-win agreement. Thirdly, office staff like Christian, Reena, Dykota among others are so great, too. I like this team of nice, very supportive people.

This job is all about building relationships and engaging with the unreached groups of people. There's so many gems out there that I get to meet through this job. I also get to choose my shifts which is another benefit.
