I enjoy working for Nurse Next Door, they are really flexible your schedule and they try to provide you with as many learning opportunities as they can.

The only down side is that there may be some long distance travelling.

The staff work as a team. There is a friendly atmosphere and the staff carry out their duties professionally. Most importantly the clients and the caregivers are matched appropriately depending on the needs of the client. There is good communication and rapport with team members.

I've felt really happy and supported by the company. I really like how I can pick my own schedule and the clients that I feel capable of looking after. I have worked for the company for a year now and I absolutely love it. I love my job!
