Everything went well, a bit more expensive than I have paid for cleaning before.
The carpets are still wet (30 hrs after) in areas which I thought wouldn't be the case with you all.

The guys who came out were nice, professional, and explained everything well; didn't try to "sell" me on a bunch of stuff. The carpet looked phenomenal and the house smelled fresh/clean not like soap or chemicals or cleaner. The carpet dried pretty fast and it looks like new carpet; pet and kid stains gone :) Happy Customer!!
