Great experience from beginning to end. I had to reschedule twice and it was accomplished effortlessly. Then, Zerorez needed to reschedule and I received a discount for my inconvenience. On carpet cleaning day, the very nice, polite young man called to let me know he was on his way and even arrived early (Yay!). He listened to what I needed him to do, answered my questions and got down to cleaning. This young man was very thorough and quite dedicated to the job at hand. Honestly, this is the best job of carpet cleaning I've had! I will definitely recommend Zerorez and this young man to anyone who needs services you provide.

Jesus did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet! I pointed out areas that needed pre-treatment which he treated. He was thorough and professional in extracting a great deal of the moisture in tne carpeting which previous technicians did not. Next time, I will ask that he do my carpets.
