Carpet looks & feels good. Also, no chemical or other unpleasant smells. They called before arriving and arrived timely. The job was done quickly, too. Price point was pretty good and they didn't need my water to do the job.

The gentleman that cleaned our floors took time to explain the process and paid attention to our request. He cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and they look really great.
The service was excellent, as was Charles who was professional and thorough. We had area rugs and a sectional cleaned that look new again! They dried in a few hours with no residue.
