The technician was on time and let me know what the schedule of cleaning would be after we discussed all the smaller details. He was quick and thorough and even advised me about a certain piece of furniture that he couldn't clean due to the possibility of the color running which he proved to me by the test he ran. I really liked the fact that without residue left behind, the carpets would not collect dirt as typical cleaners do. Thank you Zerorez!

I had carpets that are 11 years old and I had never cleaned them for the 7 years I have lived there and the carpets looked great. My suggestion would be to have had the carpets cleaned be for I moved in and cleaned them on a regular basis. Because heavy traffic areas tend to not look as great as if I had kept the cleaning in a more timely manner but that being said my high traffic areas still looked pretty good.

I have Chemical Sensitivities, so I am pleased that there is a company that does not use chemicals. In our toxic world this is going to become more and more of an issue. Moreover, it is important for us to be the guardians of our children. My grandson, fifteen months old, came to stay with me. I felt like he was safe because the carpeting was cleaned without chemicals. Chemicals build up in the body over time and cause a lot of health problems. Not only was there no use of chemicals, but the carpeting came out surprisingly clean!

Additionally, the gentlemen, that cleaned the carpeting, Chris and Alex, were professional and friendly. As a single women, I felt very relaxed while they were in my home. I have already recommended your company to several people! Kudos to you for a chemical free service!
