He was quick and thorough and even advised me about a certain piece of furniture that he couldn't clean due to the possibility of the color running which he proved to me by the test he ran. I had carpets that are 11 years old and I had never cleaned them for the 7 years I have lived there and the carpets looked great. My suggestion would be to have had the carpets cleaned be for I moved in and cleaned them on a regular basis. Because heavy traffic areas tend to not look as great as if I had kept the cleaning in a more timely manner but that being said my high traffic areas still looked pretty good.
