The two employees that came to clean our carpets were very professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsale us at all and were very honest re: what they thought we needed considering our pet stains. In and out very quickly, and even called to offer to come 2 hours earlier than planned which worked out great!!!! Carpets looked amazing!
