The entire process was efficient and thorough. From the moment I called to set up an estimate, the staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. The Commercial Rep (Aaron) that arrived to calculate the estimate was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The estimate was lower than two other well known competitors. The Cleaning Technician (First name removed) called 30 minutes prior to the set time to inform me that he was on the way. When he arrived,he walked the areas with me to identify the concerning spots (there were dozens of them) and once he started he even volunteered to try and clean a few spots that were not in the estimate area, free of charge. They even cleaned the ceramic tile foyer and I was blown away at the difference. I recommend that all customers check out the site information to find out how the cleaning process works. Very interesting stuff.
It's been several months since the cleaning and the carpet still looks great. I waited to write a review because some reviews claimed that the spots returned afterward but that's not true in my case. I will certainly be doing business with Zerorez in the future and recommending them to everyone I know that needs cleaning services.

I love how natural zerorez is by only using empowered water. My carpets are so clean, they look fabulous and they feel so nice on my bare feet! My six-month-old son is just learning to crawl and I feel completely safe putting him down on the carpet after Zerorez comes. Thank you so much for superb service, as usual!

Service staff are friendly and try hard to please the home owner; may often take extra time to clean an another area, such as a hallway, at no cost to the customer! The goal is just to improve customer satisfaction and I am always happy with the many efforts that are made to wow the customer.
