I really like the service and I like the fact that shampoo is not left in my carpets. One thing I don’t care for is that in a room that has a bed a chest covering up at least 70% of the room, you based your pricing on the total area. It seems a little bait and switch to be honest.

The person who cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable of what it needed to get stains to come out.
