The Zerorez rep that came out, I believe his name is Isaiah, did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He took his time to throughly clean and answered any questions. He was so nice and professional. The best experience I’ve had with Zerorez.

Your carpet cleaning service is very good, and we have used your service multiple times in the past, but your payment process isn’t clear. I received a call the night before the cleaning appointment asking for my credit card number to pre-pay for services. I assumed it was legitimate because caller ID showed it was from Zerorez. The next day the man that cleaned our carpet also asked for payment. When I explained that I got a call the night before and paid the same amount he was asking for, he got very angry and didn’t offer to investigate the matter before I made another payment. I will continue to use your service, but I will request that this man isn’t sent to do it. In future I will always inquire about your payment process, and I will refuse to pay for services not yet rendered. I also will not give my credit cat information before service is rendered. We had a great experience with Zerorez! Brian did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets, especially tackling some tough pet stains—we honestly didn’t think they’d come out as well as they did. Everything looks and smells so much fresher. He also worked on our shower, which had quite a bit of mold and buildup, and it now looks completely refreshed. Brian was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. Highly recommend!
