Your carpet cleaning service is very good, and we have used your service multiple times in the past, but your payment process isn’t clear. I received a call the night before the cleaning appointment asking for my credit card number to pre-pay for services. I assumed it was legitimate because caller ID showed it was from Zerorez. The next day the man that cleaned our carpet also asked for payment. When I explained that I got a call the night before and paid the same amount he was asking for, he got very angry and didn’t offer to investigate the matter before I made another payment. I will continue to use your service, but I will request that this man isn’t sent to do it. In future I will always inquire about your payment process, and I will refuse to pay for services not yet rendered. I also will not give my credit cat information before service is rendered. Very impressed with the results from my carpet and tile cleaning. The technician worked we me when my schedul suddenly changed on my appointment day and still managed to do the cleaning.

The man who cleaned our dryer ducts was professional and efficient. I only wish he had cleaned the lint from the vent inside the dryer itself as well.

I really like the service and I like the fact that shampoo is not left in my carpets. One thing I don’t care for is that in a room that has a bed a chest covering up at least 70% of the room, you based your pricing on the total area. It seems a little bait and switch to be honest.
