Sid was soooo nice and kind. He did a great job and was so helpful telling me what needed to be done. He was honest and made sure i had the right expectations. He told me about other service options i will use in the future.

I purchased a new home and wanted the carpets and tile cleaned before moving in. I cannot speak to the competence or professionalism of the tech as I had not moved in at the time of service, but everything was done to my satisfaction when I arrived the next day.

I just purchased a new home and Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend. I misunderstood the arrival time and had a friend wait to let them in for almost an hour! However, the tech from Zerorez was very apologetic when he arrived. The job was for cleaning the HVAC system and the dryer vent system. I'm so glad I had this done before I moved in and am enjoying the fresh air & shortened drying time.
