What to expect, how it is going to feell...also, I loved the fact that I could safely make my decision based on my prefferance and not on an aggressive sales tactic, which scared me away from a few places. Further, I feel that the stuff is very knowledgable.

The staff is friendly. My only complaint is the initial consultation before laser lipo. It is only a ten min appointment but it took me almost two hours to get there because of where I live. What was discussed could have been done over the phone. Just a suggestion! Thank you!

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Two receptionists were nice and helpful. Jena is great, makes you feel comfortable and makes you laugh. I was dreading this whole process of hair removal, but the experience with the staff has made it all less painful.
I went out to the Roswell location although I live in Buckhead due to my appointment being canceled the day of at the Buckhead location. I really liked Carol and plan to return to see her although it is a drive for me.
