I love that Jenna treats me with respect and dignity. Which is one thing I feared coming in for facial hair removal that I had dealt with for half my life. She talks to me through the procedure so it takes my mind off of it. Jenna makes me feel very welcome and I always look forward to my sessions. She does a thorough job and I have seen amazing results that I am very pleased with. I have recommended Skin Matters and Jenna to everyone who knows how much of my life was affected and anyone who I know that could benefit.

The equipment is up-to-date allowing for quick sessions and good result. My aesthetician is also friendly and knowledgable. She does a great job of asking me what my needs are and providing recommendations based on previous sessions and my skin type.
