When I picked up my vehicle, there was multiple things wrong (i e car made noises not present prior to service, and multiple diagnostic codes popped up). There were two specific staff members (Female at front desk, Ray (?) and one of the master mechanics, I can’t recall his name) who assisted me and they were pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. Was I upset about some of the things discussed and car problems, yes, but I knew I had to get it done so my child could have reliable transportation.
Problem got resolved and it appears to be working good.

I don't even know where to begin. My car started acting up around 4 pm on a Friday. I was able to get it to the shop just before they closed. The team was very knowledgeable and compassionate, and I am very grateful. I was told my car would be ready in a few days and it was ready early! I am confident in the diagnosis and repairs. I finally found a mechanic repair shop that I can trust. Adam was amazing and worked with me to give me a great price on all of the repairs and parts. 11 stars all the way because 10 is not enough! Thank you again!
