Cost and quality
The photographer was professional considering the First name removed he was dealing with. That profession showed in the beautiful pictures of my daughter.
The items I order always exceed my expectations. They capture memories of my young ones and every time I amsurprised at how beautiful the items are when we get them. I had a problem one time with a statue and TSS corrected it in 2 days. I wish they did all of my childrens event photos.

I like that I can opt for just the digital image on a CD-rom. Nobody can beat Walmart of Sams Club for 8x10 prints or enlargements.

You have a wide variety of items. Like the baseball plaques, key chains etc...some of them are really clever items. I like looking at them. I do wish you were a little more reasonable in your pricing though.
