The photographers were quick and professional during the photo shoot. They were very helpful and answered my questions regarding the packages. They even helped me correct a mistake I made when filling out my form.
I was especially grateful and appreciative of the fact that they returned my call quickly when I had an issue with the delivery of my photos. The owner was very apologetic (even though it was not his fault) and quickly replaced my photo. He even packaged it in an envelope that was more sturdy. My new photo arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition!!
