I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail and follow up on my Birthday Surprise delivery! Once the cookies were delivered, I received a personal phone call to let me know they had been delivered, that my sister was at lunch and where her birthday surprise was being held until her return. WOW, talk about going above and beyond!! Cookies by Design has just become my ONLY go to Gift Giving Company going forward! Thank you again for taking such great care of my special delivery!!!!

I've used Cookies by design for many years. As a matter of fact, my Mom used to send my siblings and I cookie arrangements for our birthdays. It's become somewhat of a tradition because I now send them to my children. I love the variety of choices and most importantly, the cookies taste great! This occasion, I sent my nephew an arrangement to cheer him up for not doing as well as he wanted to in a spelling bee. Damon, who assisted me was soooo helpful. Not only did we create a perfect arrangement but according to my nephew, I win the "Aunt of the year" award!

Customer Service is outstanding! I haven't ordered from Cookies by Design in about 4 years and I have to ask myself: why not? They are so incredibly nice and the cookies are fantastic.

great communication, except the driver called and said she delivered the cookies and I assumed my mother had her gift but the driver delivered my mother's cookies to a neighbor. Luckily, the neighbor did not eat the cookies and remembered to give the cookies to my mother.

Fast, delicious, many flavor options and cute designs. Also, liked the glutan free option. Thought shipping was a little pricey, but the personal phone call to let me know they were delivered and someone was home to receive them was a nice touch.
