The Louisville store was able to quickly take and fulfill my order for a cookie cake for our son's birthday. Since he was not going to be home on his birthday, I had to rearrange my plans, so I had to order the cake the night before it was to be delivered--a day early. At first I misunderstood and thought that I could not get delivery in time (we live in another state), but I searched a different way (cookies by design cookie cake) and found just what I needed; and everything went very smoothly right on time. I'm so glad I was able to place the order online even though the store was closed. Also, my husband didn't know I place the order, and he placed another order the next day. The Louisville store staff was smart enough to call back and ask if it was a duplicate order, which it was, and they cancelled the 2nd order.
