VERY easy to order what I want. The website is very convenient. Then going to the store to pick up the cookie cake was easy as well! The employee was extremely nice. Then the cookie cake itself was delicious!! Everyone complimented the cookie cake! This is my first time with Cookies by Design, but I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them in the future.
