My submitted my order on a Sunday for my mom's birthday, which was the following day. The system wouldn't let me set that delivery date so I just knew it would be a day late. I called the specific "office" the next morning and they went out of their way to make the cookies and deliver them on time. AMAZING! Thanks for saving me!
