COOKIES ARE GREAT HAVE A GOOD FLAVOR AND ALWAYS DECORATED PERFECTLY. BUT MY LAST ORDER FOR FEB 1ST 2014 WAS VERY DISAPOINTING.I WENT TO THE STORE TO PICK UP THE BOUQUET FOR MY GRANDSONS 8TH BIRTHDAY AND 10:30 AM and the store was closed made a call received recorded message left a message I would wait around in area doing other shopping thinking they would come in late.no luck was very upset. called again later in day same recorded message.
next morning called at 8:30 explained the circumstances she said we were closed due to snow, I drove all the way from new Baltimore with no trouble driving. I Still placed the order to be picked up at 12:30 thinking she would be apologetic but never said a word sorry, or offered any discount to me. I have ordered many bouquets over the years and was truly disappointed I think something should have been down to compensate my inconveinance.

They were quick on delivery and it was wrapped and put together in a beautiful bouquet. The cookies were better than I had imagined. The design was great :) Spot On!!

Have used your co. In the past and have been very satisfied. This last order had the delivery date incorrect. It was not delivered on specified day so I called and cancelled order. I used on line ordering and selected a date. When bouquet was not delivered, I called and learned that the date was incorrect. Because of missing the occassion, I chose to cancel order. Refund was promised by owner. I will not use the website to order in the future. I will call the store and place my order in person. This way I will be assured of no errors. I have never had an issue with the Louisville store, but if one takes the time to read many of the reviews on your website from other locations, it may discourage someone of doing business with the company. Many of them are quite negative.
So far, so good with the store in a Louisville! I just feel you may have an issue with website orders. Thanks.

I like that it is a different kind of product to send for special occasions. The cookies are delicious and all decorated to a high degree of quality. You pay attention to details. The arrangements are beautiful and the recipients are always excited to get them. Sadly though, no one wants to eat them because they're too beautiful!
