I ordered 4 gifts and 3 got delivered right on time. The fourth gift did not arrive because it was sent to the wrong address. When I put the order in on your website, I put in the address I was given, but your website suggested another address that included the word East.

Not being familiar with New York and since the person was just visiting there for the weekend, I went along with the address suggested thinking I didn't have it right. I found out that the address did not have East in the address but that was after it was too late to deliver the cookies. Katie at your shop #070 helped me figure out what the problem was. She couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She apologized for the mix-up but I probably should have gone with the address I had to begin with and there would not have been a problem. It happens that the fourth gift I sent your website told me the address didn't exist. I have been sending things to that address for 20 years so I knew that was wrong so I stuck to that address. Maybe you should just go with whatever people put as the delivery address. Bottom line is the three people who received their gifts were very happy as were we with our choice.

I thought it was great that the person who delivered my gift called personally to say the cookies had been delivered.

Packaged beautifully. Delivered on time with short notice to Arlington ,Va. As promised. I am extremely pleased.

I love how cute the bouquets are and the smile on the face of the recipient is incredible. In the past I guess I was close enough that my cookie bouquets were hand delivered....but since I have moved they have come FedEx and I have had to put the bouquets back together. I guess they get a little shaken up in transit. I have not noticed any of the cookies being broken....so I guess having to do a little construction on the placement is worth it.
