Superb trainers tailor exercise sessions to client's particular strengths and weaknesses, which is far superior to just goijg to a maching and exercising one muscle, which might actually be harmful.

I have been going to FT in Johns Creek for nearly 6 years. Great experience and health improvement benefits, well worth the cost. Ted and Alex are my current trainers and do a great job at every session. Highly recommend to anyone interested in fitness improvement to join FT and get going on your fitness journey.
The environment and personal training is what I am happy with.
I’ve been working with Bob for 3 months. I really enjoy our sessions. Bob always knows when to push harder and when to take it easy. I feel stronger and more toned already. I also had a nagging knee injury from skiing accident. It is completely healed now, I feel great and ready for a new ski season!
The pricing is high but the training is top notch.

It is amazing to me how management has been able to hire such quality trainers. Each is a wonderful person at the core. Then they bring their specialties to the sessions. I have found it well rounded experience.

Quantifiable results: Weight loss, decreased body fat %.
Results that cannot be quantified per se but are just as (if not more) important: Increased energy. Increased strength. Better sleep. And on and on.
One specific example: On a recent vacation, I walked many more steps and flights of stairs (according to Fitbit) than I normally do. Previously, this has caused pain and required me to slow down and not enjoy everything 100%. This time, I was OK! A little tired of course, but able to do everything I wanted to do.
