I like that the dogs are not contained in kennels all day and get to play to their heart's content; unlike most overnight kennels. I like that there is structure/routine in the day. The staff is friendly and has an obvious love for dogs.
Staff are always friendly and accommodating--I've had to change reservations and board longer than expected in the past because of travel issues, and it's never been a problem. Rocco gets along great with all the other dogs, and he gets excited as soon as he sees where he's going!

I love that when I drop my dog off every day, I know she is going to have a great time. All of the workers care so much about the dogs that they take care of that it makes you feel good leaving your pets with them. The place is always clean and comfortable and my dog is always tired from a full day of playing and being taken care of. I love being able to watch him on the webcams!

Dogtopia is wonderful! Not only does our little dog get super excited and go nuts everytime we say the word, but we know he is in good hands. He always comes home a tuckered out little man and being able to watch him have fun on the webcams is reassuring. Knowing my "first born" is being taken care of is a feeling that is great. We LOVE DOGTOPIA!!

The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. The dogs seem really happy when they arrive. The staff is also well aware of the the things that happen with the dogs (e.g. if a dog gets sick during their stay, who they played with, etc.).
